How to Create and invite to join a group
Create your own Whatsapp groupTo create a group:
- Click your WhatsApp conversations list of the top menu ( or ).
- Alternatively, you can click a new conversation icon.
- Click the new group .
- Search, select the contacts you want to add to the group. Then click on the green arrow.
- Enter the group theme. This topic will be the name of the group that all members can see.
- The subject cannot exceed 25 characters.
- You can click on an emoticon to add an emoticon theme group.
- You can also click the Add Group icon to add icons to this group because, in pictures , upload photos , or search the web to find among a selected image. Once setup is complete, the icon will appear next to the group in your conversation list.
- When you are done, click on the green tick.
- Join a group via a link invitation
- If you are a group manager, you can invite them to join the group by sharing the invitation link with others. To share an invitation link:
Go to the WhatsApp group.
- Then click on the group topic.
- In addition, you can also click on the upper right corner of the menu ( or )> group information .
- Click through the link in the invitation to join the group .
- Select via WhatsApp share link or copy the link .
- Administrator may at any time revoke link to cancel previously issued invitation link, or create a new link.
Please note : Any WhatsApp user who receives a link to your share invitation can join the group, please share only with people you trust. Others can also forward invitation links to more people. As long as you receive an invitation link, you can join the group without the permission of the group administrator.
